I have been involved in theatre since my early twenties when, as a favour for a friend, I took part in an amateur production of West Side Story. Since accidentally finding my passion for acting, I have moved onwards and upwards and have acted in several professional theatre productions and have received critical acclaim for many of my leading performances. I revel in Shakespearean roles and have played parts as diverse as Benedick from Much Ado About Nothing, through Sir Toby Belch in Twelfth Night, Oberon and Shylock.
I am also Artistic Director for Tribe Theatre in Winchester, UK - a company that specialises in allowing amateur performers act with professional performers to encourage the exchange of educative ideas and techniques. Projects for 2009/10 include William Shakespeare's The Tempest and The Lieutenant of Inishmore by Martin McDonagh and Art by Yasmina Reza.
